On the size 13 needle, my gauge was about 3 to 3 1/2 sts to the inch and 7 rows of the Scarf measured 2 1/2”. If I used the 2 strands of sock weight rayon, I used the size 13. If I used sock weight yarn, I used the size 11. Use a size that is comfortable with the thin yarn. Gauge: This pattern calls for a size 11 or 13 needle.
